The Yoruba primarily populate southwestern Nigeria and parts of Republics of Benin and Togo. Though the Yoruba of the diaspora have encompassed other countries of West Africa, Brazil, United States, Cuba, Britain and virtually every continent, their spiritual and ancestral home will always be in southwest Nigeria.
